Tired of your 9 to 5 and fancy a career change? You can learn the glamorous world of hair extensions and study in the evenings with our in-depth night school option. A-list Hair Academy’s night school will teach you all you need to know about extensions in just 1 evening a week, for 5 weeks. Our night school has been specially designed to ensure our students study evening is jam packed full of learning. Our hair extension course teaches you how to apply and remove different methods of extensions safely plus all our tips & tricks. Our small group classes are carefully created to include both practical and theory work. Over the 5 weeks you will learn: • LA Celebrity Weave • Nano Rings • Tapes • A-List Hidden Weave • A-List Tiny Weave (masterclass) What’s included? • Full starter kit • Refreshments • Certificate • Full support on & after What will I learn? As well as learning how to safely and correctly apply, remove and maintain your chosen method of extensions, you will also learn: • Health & Safety • Client consultation • Contraindications • Achieving the perfect colour match • Adding colours with extensions such as balayage • Understanding hair qualities & textures • Sectioning & placement • Preparation for installation • Aftercare & Maintenance • Cutting & blending • Trade accounts • Products & equipment • Advice on starting a business • How to obtain insurance • Social media & Advertising tips What’s included in my Training Kit? Here at A-List Hair Academy we have carefully designed our kits to include all the basics that you need to get your business started. See the list below of what’s included: • A-List Hair Academy training bible • Consultation/ Aftercare sheets • Dolls head • Scissors • Metal Razor • Sectioning clips • Sectioning pads • Pintail comb • Extensions brush All kits will include the above and the following based on which courses are purchased. All Weave courses- Practice machine weft hair, pliers, thread, needle, bead puller, micro/nano rings Nano rings- Practice nano tips, pliers, bead puller, nano beads Tapes- Practice tape hair, tape tabs, flat application tool Following completion of our four-method hair extension training course, we will reward you with a A-List Hair Academy Certificate. This will enable you to obtain insurance, access trade accounts and show off your new qualification on your socials! Please note: The A-list tiny weave is a masterclass and will not be shown on your certificate.
